A: Currently, one payment method per order is supported.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Shipping to the US and worldwide typically takes 8–14 days depending on your location.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship to most countries, with special focus on the US, Canada, and EEA.
Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Q: Are there any customs fees?
A: No, all customs fees are included — you won’t be charged extra.
3. Returns & Refunds
Q: How long do I have to return an item?
A: You have 30 days to return your order if it’s damaged, lost in transit, or the wrong item. Items must be unopened for standard returns.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers cover return shipping, except if the item is defective — in that case, we cover it.
Q: How do I get my refund?
A: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and processed.

Q: Can I change my order after it’s placed?

to adjust the address or order details — changes after shipping may not be possible.

Q: How do I care for my Nook Books?
A: Keep them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and handle them gently to maintain their charm.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

with photos — we’ll provide a replacement or refund.
Q: Do your products have a warranty?
A: Yes, items damaged during shipping or defective upon arrival are fully covered.
