1. Payments Made Easy
Q: How can I pay for my NookSaga order?
A: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards. Your payment is always secure and encrypted.
A: Absolutely! We use Stripe's secure payment system, so your information is protected.
A: Currently, one payment method per order is supported.
2. Shipping & Delivery
A: Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Shipping to the US and worldwide typically takes 8–14 days depending on your location.
A: Yes! We ship to most countries, with special focus on the US, Canada, and EEA.
A: Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
A: No, all customs fees are included — you won’t be charged extra.
3. Returns & Refunds
A: You have 30 days to return your order if it’s damaged, lost in transit, or the wrong item. Items must be unopened for standard returns.
A: Customers cover return shipping, except if the item is defective — in that case, we cover it.
A: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and processed.
4. Orders & Account Questions
A: You can contact us at community@nooksaga.com to adjust the address or order details — changes after shipping may not be possible.
A: No, you can checkout as a guest, but creating an account helps track orders and save favorites.
A: Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset your password instantly.
5. Caring for Your Nook Books
A: Keep them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and handle them gently to maintain their charm.
A: Contact us immediately at community@nooksaga.com with photos — we’ll provide a replacement or refund.
A: Yes, items damaged during shipping or defective upon arrival are fully covered.
