Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your NookSaga kit. If something's not right, we'll make it right.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for:
✓ Damaged or defective items✓ Incorrect items received✓ Items lost in transit
Items must be unused and in original packaging, unless the return is due to a defect.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we are unable to process return requests.
Return Shipping
Customer's responsibility if the return is for a non-defective item.
✓ NookSaga covers shipping if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We'll provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If your package was returned due to an address issue, contact us to resolve it. Refunds for delivery failures are issued only after the item is back with us.
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
