Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Return Shipping

NookSaga responsibility: If the item is defective, we cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the returned item.

Refund processing may take 5-7 business days after the item is received.

If an item was returned due to a wrong address, customers can contact us to correct it. Refunds for shipping mistakes are issued only after the item is returned.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
