All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for orders under $60 are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking details are usually available within 24–72 hours after shipment.
Customs & Import Fees
We cover all customs and import fees. You will not be charged any additional customs duties upon delivery.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will update the address for you.
If the package is returned to us as undeliverable, a refund will be issued only after the item is returned to our warehouse. Reshipping fees may apply in case of an incorrect address provided by the customer.
